- Providing administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager
- Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks
- Communicating with families and visitors via phone, email, and text messaging services
- Managing the front office reception and providing customer service
- Producing documents using Microsoft Office applications
- Performing general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and processing mail
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
