Job Overview

Are you a people person who enjoys taking care of others? This role is responsible for the safe and sustainable management of the kitchen and camp facilities, with oversight of the resourcing for catering, cleaning, purchasing, servicing, and operational running of the accommodation camp for 10-20 people at any one time.

  • Deliver on promises and take responsibility for actions
  • Act with honesty, respect, and integrity in all that is done
  • Be open to new ideas and ways of doing things
  • Safety must be central to everything done
  • At least two years' previous experience in a similar role
  • Cert IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent experience
  • Cert III in Cleaning Operations or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and also able to work independently
  • Good planning and organisation skills
  • Physical ability to clean the camp accommodation and kitchen
