The ideal candidate will be proactive, dynamic, and have experience in sports engagement, event coordination, or grassroots development.

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead community engagement by developing and managing participation programs such as junior academies, netball clinics, and grassroots initiatives to foster engagement and growth.
* Coordinate athlete appearances at community events, working closely with the high-performance team.
* Collaborate with marketing and events teams to deliver impactful activations that align with the Sen Sa brand and ethos.
