Job Opportunity:

The role of an Accountant/Senior Accountant is a critical position within our organisation, responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

This opportunity involves managing month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently, as well as overseeing budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

One of the key responsibilities of this role is to coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements in financial operations.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will provide financial insights and analysis to support business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification, or progress towards obtaining one.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
