Corporate Accountant Job Description
The Corporate Accountant will be responsible for reviewing intercompany reconciliations, preparing corporate financial statements, and monitoring changes to the internal control and accounting structure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Preparing corporate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Coordinating with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications
