We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Therapist to join our multidisciplinary allied health team at Humanity Health Group.

**About the Role:**

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based group therapy services to clients in their home and community environments. You will work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team to support positive outcomes for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client-driven, tailored therapy services to meet individual goals and needs
  • Self-manage day-to-day activities to ensure efficient service delivery and effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive support plans

Requirements:

  • Registered Social Worker, Counsellor, or Psychologist with an Australian Governing Body (e.g., PACFA, ACA, AHPRA, or AASW)
  • Satisfactory criminal record check and working with children check (or state equivalent) or willingness to complete them
  • Current, unrestricted driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in NDIS, mental health, or disability services
  • Group facilitation experience is highly desirable but not essential
