Job Opportunity for a Retail and Technician StaffWe are looking for an individual to join our team as a retail and technician staff member. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service while on-site.
  • Cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools and spas.
  • Conducting water testing and adding chemicals.
  • Organizing and restocking the service van.
  • Assisting customers with pool care advice and product recommendations.
  • Conducting in-store water testing.
  • Managing stock, merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Processing sales and providing friendly customer support.
