We are seeking an experienced and driven insurance professional to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Broker.
This is a full-time remote role that involves advising clients on insurance matters, managing insurance portfolios, identifying client needs, recommending appropriate insurance products and quotes, liaising with underwriters, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in insurance broking, strong customer service skills, account management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on insurance matters and identifying their needs
- Managing insurance portfolios and recommending appropriate insurance products and quotes
- Liaising with underwriters and ensuring clients receive tailored insurance solutions
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Working with internal claim officers to assist claims and achieve the best outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Insurance brokerage and insurance skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Account management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Minimum Tier 1 in insurance broking; Tier 1 in underwriting will be considered for the right candidate
