About the Role

The Early Childhood Practitioner position is a key part of our project team, delivering community-based, family-centered early intervention services to children under 6 years old and their families who do not have access to NDIS funding.

This role will be delivered using a primary service provider/key worker model in natural, community settings, including family homes, kindergartens, day care centers, etc.

The successful candidate will be a specialist with either a Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist background and qualification, providing expertise and experience in early childhood development.

They will be aware of and able to guide others in providing supports in line with the ECIA best practice guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver community-based, family-centered early intervention services to children under 6 years old and their families
  • Work in natural, community settings, including family homes, kindergartens, day care centers, etc.
  • Provide expertise and experience in early childhood development
  • Guide others in providing supports in line with the ECIA best practice guidelines
