About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Wagga Wagga - Station Place. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our children, and contributing to the development of our centre's programs and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to plan and deliver professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Monitor and report on children's progress, and contribute to the development of individual learning plans.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • Active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
