**Compensation:** The position comes with a base salary of $85,176 – $99,333 (p.a.) and a total effective package of $106,413 - $122,484 (p.a.).
The role of the Work and Study Specialist is to support the implementation of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) program in Alice Springs. This involves providing vocational assistance to young people with mental illness aged 12 to 25 years within an integrated team.
