Job Overview

We are seeking a Fraud Prevention Specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers, manage customer fraud and scams events, and deliver excellence in customer experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling phone-based enquiries, managing customer fraud & scam events, performing monitoring services in the Response Centre, and raising the bar on customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires holding in-depth conversations with customers who have been victims of fraud and scams to prevent financial loss and protect their financial wellbeing.

The Fraud Prevention Specialist will also perform assessments of fraud and scam events, manage end-to-end investigations, and report on and analyse fraud and scams related data, sharing insights accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time position based in Perth, requiring office attendance for the first 3 months. The role involves working within standard business hours and has a strong focus on customer service experience.
