The Role

We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to join our team in Devonport/Burnie. The successful applicant will be required to work an irregular shift pattern in a 24/7 roster, operating small fork-lifts and excavators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform shipboard and wharf duties, as well as general duties as required.
  • Moorings (tie up and let go of vessels).

Desired Skills and Experience

  • High Risk License in Forklift.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
  • Demonstrated safety behaviors and experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously using a proactive approach to task resolution.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment.
