We are seeking a senior clinician to lead our allied health team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services and building a positive team culture.

About the Role

This position is ideal for an experienced clinician who is passionate about mentoring and supporting others, while maintaining their own hands-on practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of excellent patient outcomes and compliance with clinical governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, including clinical supervision and mentoring
  • Hold and manage a clinical caseload, delivering evidence-based services that meet the needs of clients
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support the development and growth of team members, including recruitment and retention strategies
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex cases and provide advanced clinical input and advice
Requirements
  • Experienced allied health professional with demonstrated leadership or management experience
  • Proven ability to balance clinical responsibilities with leadership duties
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology, Social Work, or similar field
  • Eligible for registration with relevant governing bodies
