Join Our Team – Experienced Barista & Cafe All-Rounder Wanted
Do you live and breathe coffee but also enjoy all aspects of running a café? We're looking for a talented Barista with strong coffee-making skills and a passion for great service to join our team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be behind the machine crafting perfect brews, chatting with students and customers, and rolling up your sleeves to keep the café humming from open to close.
What you'll be doing:
- Serving up consistently great coffee
- Delivering outstanding customer service and warm table service
- Handling day-to-day café operations including busing, cleaning, stock management, and ordering
- Opening and/or closing the café
- Working alongside a trainer and supporting students
- Jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- Barista Qualification
- Proven barista skills and solid café experience
- A can-do, hands-on attitude and willingness to multitask
- Friendly, team-focused energy and great customer rapport
- Reliability, organisation, and confidence to manage café operations
