The Role

As a Bar Manager for our exciting new launch, you'll be at the heart of our team, taking charge of the bar and continuing our legacy of exceptional guest experiences.

You'll receive hands-on training across our Melbourne network, ensuring that every team member is ready to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences across the bar
  • Training a team to know their cocktails, beers, and wines inside out
  • Developing your team through goal setting and recognition
  • Owning the bar cost centre and maintaining stock levels and ordering processes
Requirements
  • A natural-born leader with management experience (hospitality background preferred)
  • Cool under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments
