We are seeking an enthusiastic community-focused person who wants to make a difference by connecting and supporting older people.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide compassionate home-based care, building trust with clients to support them to live as independently as possible at home and stay connected to their community.

The role involves delivering individual care tailored to the personal needs of our clients, including assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

  • Provide general home support and light housekeeping duties, assistance with meal preparations, and companionship.
  • Deliver incidental transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional communication skills, empathy for and understanding of the needs of the elderly. You will also have patience and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families.

A Certificate III in Individual Support is desirable but not essential. We value and enjoy the company of older people and believe that everyone deserves respect and dignity.
