Job Summary

This is a senior, hands-on position for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will lead key client relationships, overseeing a diverse portfolio of digital projects and marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with experienced teams to turn client vision into meaningful outcomes, driving client growth and retention through strategic planning and effective stakeholder engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage digital accounts and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a confident communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and a natural relationship builder. You should have a strong understanding of DXP/CMS websites, product development, and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years' experience in a similar role (agency or consultancy experience preferred)
  • Proven experience managing digital accounts and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
