Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview:

A critical role in our team, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for organizing deliveries to clients and distributors, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.

This includes coordinating delivery schedules to meet customer needs, improving safety, quality, and efficiency of distribution operations, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and company standards, analyzing operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement and reduce non-quality costs, developing and implementing effective dispatch schemes using routing tools, collaborating with sales teams to propose solutions and improve customer satisfaction, monitoring and controlling the efficiency of routing tools and processes, analyzing client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions, minimizing unnecessary deliveries and costs while meeting customer requirements, verifying accuracy of transport invoices, planning, and execution to ensure correct billing, identifying and addressing gaps in logistics processes to prevent litigation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years experience in transport planning and scheduling.
  • Understanding of Dangerous Goods Transport (ADG).
  • Strong knowledge of computerized systems and programming (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Knowledge of logistic or freight operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tenacity, resilience, and conflict resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve Distribution Operations: Improve safety, quality, and efficiency of distribution operations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company standards.
