Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill this key role within our organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about luxury retail and has the ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment through collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ensure clients are greeted with warmth and professionalism, forging genuine relationships by attentively understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Cultivate an in-depth understanding of our products, including materials, design intricacies, and craftsmanship.
  • Devise and execute sales strategies, ensuring that both individual and team sales targets and Key Performance Indicators are met.
  • Maintain and elevate exceptional customer service standards, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure clients feel valued.
  • Uphold and promote the essence of our brand through a polished appearance and a genuine passion for luxury goods.
  • Oversee the presentation of merchandise in-store to ensure it aligns with our brand's aesthetics and visual standards.

  • A proven track record of success in a sales or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of luxury retail industry trends and best practices.
