Aged Care Support Worker - Sydney

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their homes?

We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Support Worker to join our team, providing personalized assistance to clients in Sydney.

About the Role:

We offer a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to work as an independent Care Worker, using our App to connect with clients in your local area. You will have the flexibility to determine your own charge rates and work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and companionship
  • Maintain client dignity and choice
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet client needs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
  • Relevant skills and qualifications (e.g. CPR, First Aid, National Police Check)
  • Australian working rights and access to a reliable vehicle and smartphone
