Operational Requirements- Manage the day-to-day activities of our retail operation
- Ensure adherence to established company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Optometrists to provide outstanding customer services
- Ability to demonstrate experience in working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with labor laws
- Relevant Optical work experience required
- Desirable to have communication skills in Mandarin or Cantonese
