About the Opportunity

As a retail leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with optometrists to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar retail management position or as an assistant store manager is required.
  • The ability to demonstrate experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labor laws is essential.
  • Availability from Tuesday to Saturday is preferred to meet peak trading needs.
  • Optical work experience is necessary.
  • Communication skills in Mandarin or Cantonese are highly desirable.
