Lead Systems Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineering Lead to join our team.
- This is a leadership role that involves overseeing systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- You will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams of systems and test engineers.
- Collaboration with other Engineering Leaders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes is key to this position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Owning systems engineering development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective integration and testing.
- Developing and improving company tools and processes for consistent application across all projects.
- Mentoring team members through systems engineering training initiatives.
- Overseeing system integration, testing, and specialty engineering activities.
- Designing systems with functional analysis, decomposition, and requirements derivation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or STEM discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team lead, engineering management, or coordination roles.
- Hands-on experience in systems engineering.
- Familiarity with the full systems engineering lifecycle.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
