About the Role

  • As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning, and coordination skills in the clinical management of emergency and in-patients, residents and clients with complex care needs.
  • You will demonstrate effective co-ordination of staff and utilisation of unit resources to optimise service delivery and compliance with organisational frameworks.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Mandatory requirements include a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
  • A Class Motor Vehicle Licence is also required.
  • Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.

Your Benefits Package

  • You will receive a base salary ranging between $107,960 and $115,604 per annum (Nurse Grade 6 (Band1)).
  • You will also receive a 12.75% employer superannuation contribution, Long Service Leave and Sick Leave accrual, and tax savings through professional development opportunities.
  • In addition, you will be provided with two return airfares per annum (inc. spouse/dependents) to the nearest east coast provincial city, five weeks per annum recreation leave with a 17.5% loading/bonus, two weeks per annum travel as required, and enrolment and conference costs for approved courses and conferences.
