Job Title: Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Territory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales performance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a territory of customers, delivering category growth across their customer geography, and driving mutual profitability through solid execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing customer relationships to execute customer plans, influence inventory, increase footprint, and deliver mutual growth
  • Sell new and exciting products, bringing sales strategy and channel blueprint plans to life across customers
  • Leverage store sales data and business reviews to drive sales opportunities and commercialise business objectives
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a Sales role is advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrate ability to leverage sales data and category insights to influence customer decisions, build and maintain strong relationships, and deliver tailored, data-driven recommendations that drive business growth
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills, to manage workload autonomously with little supervision
