Electronic Medical Records Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled EMR analyst to play a critical role in the success of our Electronic Medical Record Roll Out Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive gap analysis on current and future workflows.
  • Solve complex build issues and support project documentation.
  • Prepare and execute test scripts to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Participate in change management and training initiatives to drive organisational readiness.
  • Support staff prior to and throughout the EMR Go-Live phase.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A tertiary degree or professional qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics or IT/healthcare related experience.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in EMR Informatics with a focus on computerised workflows, best practice, innovation, clinical documentation and healthcare informatics.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Health EMR or an equivalent EMR system.
  • Proficiency in functioning autonomously and within a complex team environment.
  • Critical thinking and analytical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience using common business analysis software such as Microsoft Visio and Excel to map out current and future state workflows.
