About Your New Role

In this position, you will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and expanding the dealer network for Audi, CUPRA, and Škoda brands within the Australian market. This role will have a specific focus on CUPRA.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with market research to identify new dealership opportunities and grow the brand's presence in line with corporate identity and design guidelines.
  • Coordinate contracts and data management by analyzing synergies within the brand-related agreements and ensuring renewal of current contracts due for renewal.
  • Develop network strategies and participate in tender processes for ideal network planning and coordination with brand HQs and local brands.
  • Support dealers during the start-up process, ensuring all brand requirements and group standards are met.
  • Analyze profit contribution areas and ensure they are in line with expectations.
  • Manage project completeness in line with agreed Business Cases and identify efficiency processes to streamline impact on VGA and the dealer network.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Business, or similar equivalent.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including negotiation, influencing, and presentation.
  • Good understanding of dealerships, agency models, or network development.
  • Financial and IT acumen, including budget management and reporting activities.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Practical problem-solving skills with an operational focus.
