This role requires strong technical knowledge of the oil and gas industry, excellent communication and project management skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Progressing sanctioned and pre-sanctioned project scopes through the Upstream Delivery Process (UDP) while ensuring adherence to regulatory and operational requirements.
  2. Conducting Non-Technical Risk (NTR) functional reviews, optimizing well locations and gathering alignments to minimize late-stage changes and HSSE risks.
  3. Managing multiple project activities, including field surveys, environmental permitting, GIS mapping, engineering design, and landholder negotiations.
  4. Identifying and mitigating technical, non-technical, and constructability constraints, ensuring efficient project execution while minimizing cost and production impact.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and project management skills, as well as strong technical knowledge of the oil and gas industry. You should have a degree in a relevant field such as engineering or geology, and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work effectively in a team environment are also essential.
