Field Operations Specialist

Cubic Defence Australia & NZ is seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will assist in planning, coordination, setup and conduct of live training activities in accordance with clients' schedules of activities. They will liaise with external agencies as required and ensure compliance with all risk management plans and safety procedures for all live training activities and exercises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management and security of all Company equipment.
- Support the maintenance schedule of specialist equipment as required.
- Conduct maintenance and inspection on familiar and qualified equipment only.
- Prepare and pack equipment for deployment/re-deployment to/from training areas and repair.
Requirements:
- Forklift Licence holder is desirable.
- Cert IV in HSE is desirable.
- Medium rigid driver's licence is desirable.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in defence forces up to SNCO/WO.
- Pyrotechnic training experience.
- Experience in training delivery is desirable.
