About the Role

As a Casual Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us pick and pack online and wholesale orders for our growing business.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to think on their feet. You must be comfortable working independently when required but also have a positive attitude towards taking instruction.

  • Be available Monday–Friday 8:30 am–4:30 pm plus Saturdays 8:00 am–12:00 pm
  • Prepare store orders and process stock for dispatch to stores, online customer orders and wholesale stockists
  • Assist customers with collection of orders and provide amazing service
  • Comply with OH&S guidelines
  • Assist with stock-take and general stock-control
  • Receive stock shipments/deliveries and organise stock within the warehouse

You will work closely with your team, customers and delivery partners to ensure a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Unloading containers and arranging stock
  • Assisting in warehouse administration as instructed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to safely lift up to 20 kg
  • Driver's Licence – (required)
  • Forklift Licence with Reach Truck experience – (required)
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Be highly motivated and hard-working person
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Be highly organised and have great time management skills
  • Warehouse experience
  • Strong initiative and the ability to problem solve
