Caring Services Provider

Our organisation is seeking Support Workers to provide personal care and support to clients. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of services including showering, toileting, and general hygiene, medication management, transportation, and social support.
You will also assist with domestic duties, communicate client health and wellbeing to the support coordinator, and maintain high standards of presentation and personal hygiene.
The role involves a variety of tasks including:
- Personal Care (showering, toileting, and general hygiene)
- Medication Management (prompting and administering)
- Provide transport to appointments
- Assist with shopping and provide general social support
- Domestic Duties (cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry)
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or similar qualification
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle that passes a Vehicle Safety Checklist
- Current First Aid certificate or we can organise
- At least 6 months experience caring for the elderly in their own homes preferred but not mandatory
- Comply with all mandatory vaccinations required by the government to work within the Aged Care sector including Influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations

- Salary sacrifice opportunity to earn up to $15,899 tax-free per year
- $31.78 per hour paid travel time and 92c per kilometre for petrol
