This role is an exciting opportunity to join our Residential Aged Care team in a challenging and rewarding position. As a Health Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high quality services to our residents, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent care, alongside strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards working relationships.
The ideal candidate will have medication endorsement or be willing to undertake training within the first three months of commencement. We also require applicants to possess good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
