Urban Planning and Development Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Urban Planner to lead the development of innovative strategies, place-based plans, and policies to guide urban growth and development in Sydney.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to shape strategic responses to major infrastructure projects, coordinating and delivering associated aspects of city planning, urban economics, environmental planning, and infrastructure provision.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in environmental planning, urban or town planning, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in city-shaping strategies, place-based plans, and land-use planning policy.
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams responsible for examining complex planning issues.
