Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at Saké Restaurant & Bar, The Rocks. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment, and supporting the sous chef and head chef with menu planning and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet the standards of our restaurant
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment, adhering to WH&S procedures
  • Support the sous chef and head chef with menu planning, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
  • Train junior chefs on safe and hygienic work practices
  • Work a 7-day rotating roster, including open, mid, and closing shifts
