Job Summary

The Technical Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of technical services across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the Technical Operations team, ensuring compliance with operational standards and administrative processes.
  • Develop and implement effective rostering, scheduling, and training programs to enhance efficiency and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Technical Heads to support team development, mentoring, and training initiatives.
  • Manage and improve asset and maintenance systems to ensure safe, functional, and industry-standard infrastructure.
  • Work closely with department heads to forecast budgets, support capital works, and oversee operational projects.
  • Represent Technical Operations across the organization, fostering strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure operations meet WH&S requirements and maintain up-to-date risk assessments and safety practices.

  • Proven experience in technical operations management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in asset and maintenance management software.
