About the Role

  • As a Senior Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical accuracy and compliance of project site documentation and reporting.
  • You will be the focal point for site document control activities, delivering document control system and process training to project stakeholders.
  • Management of site-controlled documentation across all project functions will be a key aspect of this role.
  • You will work closely with technical specialists to ensure specification compliance and technical integrity of the document control system.
  • Contribution to the development, implementation, and improvement of DC systems across the division will also be expected.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in document control, preferably in the engineering contracting or consultancy sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite of applications.
  • Relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining, and Infrastructure/Utilities sectors is highly regarded.
  • Experience in a project environment working as part of a site team is highly valued.
  • A collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to drive outcomes are essential.
