About the Role

Bupa Campbelltown, a care home located in a quiet residential suburb near the Adelaide foothills, seeks a highly skilled and compassionate Care Manager to join its team. As a key member of the clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their health, lifestyle, and well-being are met. With a focus on clinical governance, you will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations and supporting the General Manager in leading the care home team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily clinical operations of the care home
  • Support and lead the care home clinical team including coaching, mentoring, staff allocations, and performance management
  • Review clinical incidents and changes, ensuring compliance with ACFI assessments
  • Manage person-centered care planning and evaluation for residents, including case conferencing with families and carers
  • Prepare and conduct clinical governance audits to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration is essential
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is a must
  • Post-graduate qualification in aged care is highly regarded
  • Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds is required
  • Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting
