About The Role:

As our Campbelltown Aged Care Clinical Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning, and evaluation.

You will lead a team of empathetic and caring professionals, supporting them in delivering person-centred care to residents.

About The Position:

This role is ideal for an experienced nursing professional who has managed a minimum of 30 beds and has a proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for reviewing clinical incidents, complaints, and changes, and ensuring compliance with ACFI assessments.

You will also lead medication management in accordance with resident needs and legislative requirements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Current AHPRA registration is essential
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is essential
  • Postgraduate qualification in aged care is highly regarded
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • An understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to your base salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including flexible working shifts and arrangements, relocation assistance, and internal transfer opportunities.
