About the Role

The Deputy Principal will be responsible for leading and nurturing the Catholic identity, mission, and Mercy charism of our institution.

  • Faith formation and spiritual life for students and staff
  • Development of Religious Education programs (Years 7–12)
  • Planning and execution of prayer, liturgies, retreats, and works of mercy
  • Initiatives for social justice and community engagement

About You

We are seeking a practising Catholic with a strong commitment to Catholic education, experienced in leadership and passionate about inspiring others to live their faith in action. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, authenticity, and the capacity to build meaningful relationships within our school community.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide guidance and support to students and staff in their faith journey
  2. Develop and implement educational programs that promote faith formation and spiritual growth
  3. Cultivate a culture of prayer, reflection, and service within the school community
  4. Promote social justice initiatives and community engagement opportunities

A degree in Education or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership roles
