We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Employment Coach.

As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in empowering customers to achieve their goals and improve their employability skills. You will work closely with customers to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and develop personalized coaching plans to help them overcome personal and professional challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching to customers to improve their employability skills and confidence
  • Assist customers in setting and achieving their goals
  • Advocate on behalf of customers to find suitable employment opportunities
  • Refer customers to internal and external support services as needed

You will be supported by a team of experienced coaches, mentors, and counsellors who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to have strong administration skills, including data entry, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience in employment services is highly regarded, but not essential.
