Senior Support Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide in-home support to older Victorians, helping them live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and domestic duties to clients in their homes
  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as walking, gardening, and transportation
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements:

  • A passion for caring and ability to build rapport with older Victorians
  • A reliable car and valid driver's license
  • A respect for all individuals regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
  • An annual flu immunisation and willingness to obtain each year
  • The ability to provide or obtain a suitability police check outcome
  • CPR (HLTAID 009) and First Aid Training Certificates (HLTAID 011)
  • A qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability Support, or similar
