Operations Coordinator Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations.

  • Manage supplier relationships to procure goods and services at cost-effective rates
  • Raise purchase orders for project-specific materials and maintain stock levels to meet customer demands
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and pick/pack products efficiently to meet delivery deadlines
  • Coordinate transportation, provide costing information to sales teams, and ensure timely deliveries
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service
  • Arrange installation schedules and manage logistics for product/material delivery
  • Create and manage safety documentation, quality assurance records, and compliance reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to expand our product offerings
  • Establish and manage accounts with suppliers for products and services
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support throughout their interactions with us
  • Participate in accounts payable meetings to support financial operations
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as an Operations Coordinator, you should have:

  • A track record in business administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is an asset
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently when needed
