Job Overview

The Customer Success Associate Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with customers to drive their long-term success. Key responsibilities include planning and maintaining regular communication with customers, identifying inefficiencies in customer workflows, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure customers receive the maximum value from our products.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer utilisation of our products and provide recommendations to customers on how to get the most out of them.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions and services.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to resolve any issues that may arise and provide timely updates on product enhancements and new features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalise on business opportunities with customers.

Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team dynamic.
