Senior Veterinary Nurse Leadership Role

This senior leadership position is designed for an experienced veterinary nurse who wants to make a lasting impact on patient care and overall operations.

You will be responsible for administration and management of the emergency nursing team, ensuring high standards of ECC/ICU care are upheld.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, be able to drive team development and participate in all aspects of workflow in a supportive environment.

About the Role:
  • Management of the emergency nursing team.
  • Liaising with intra and inter-departmental team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Driving team development and upholding high standards of ECC/ICU care.
Requirements:
  • Cert IV or above in veterinary nursing.
  • Proven history of leading a team of nurses in a senior capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong commitment to being a team player, good communicator and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
