About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at the ACT, Gungahlin Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and providing a positive experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
- Monitor pool areas and report any hazards or incidents
- Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a high level of service
Requirements
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Working with Vulnerable People
- Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded
