About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Pool Attendants at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our patrons in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons
  • Monitor and maintain the pool area, including water quality and pool equipment
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Pool Lifeguard certification
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
