Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this exciting role at Sydney Restaurant Group.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in air-conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing, as well as general maintenance and repairs. You'll play a key role in ensuring our venues remain safe, comfortable, and well-presented at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out air-conditioning and refrigeration repairs and servicing
  • Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs
  • Attend to general building and venue upkeep, including painting, carpentry, joinery, tiling, and furniture repairs
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests across multiple venues
  • Work independently to manage both urgent and routine maintenance tasks
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a handyperson or maintenance role, ideally with a focus on air-conditioning/refrigeration and plumbing
  • Trade qualifications in these areas are highly regarded
  • Good knowledge of general building maintenance
  • Full driver's licence (essential)
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
