Technical Instrumentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to fill this exciting role.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with cutting-edge analytical instrumentation and software, driving customers' business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install sophisticated scientific equipment from delivery to final sign-off.
  • Perform diagnoses and provide remote support to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain open communication with customers regarding any outstanding issues and collaborate with relevant personnel to resolve them.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant degree such as Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in technical roles or customer-facing positions.
  • Demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills and possess strong technical hands-on abilities.
  • Be willing to travel up to 60% of the time across Australasia to meet customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in precision mechanics and background knowledge in XRF or XRD techniques.
  • NSW or other states radiation safety license and experience with analytical instruments.
