Academic Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Academic Tutor. As an Academic Tutor, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a one-on-one setting, providing personalized instruction and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
">The ideal candidate for this role will be a qualified teacher or educator with a passion for teaching and learning. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to different learning styles.
">As an Academic Tutor, you will be responsible for:

- Providing one-on-one instruction and support to students in a variety of subjects, including English, mathematics, and science.">
- Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to different learning styles.">
- Assessing student progress and adjusting instruction accordingly.">
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating with parents/guardians as needed.">
Responsibilities also include maintaining confidentiality, tact, reliability, and sensitivity when working with students and their families, as well as having respect and empathy for students with high level needs.
